🛑 No Return & Conditional Refund Policy

At Bookeaz.com, we strive to deliver high-quality products and services with speed and care. Due to the nature of our offerings—including perishables, wellness items, and personalized services—all sales are final and non-returnable.

 

🚫 No Returns

We do not accept returns for any products or services once delivered or rendered. This includes:

  • Grocery and wellness items

  • Beauty and personal care services

  • Promotional or discounted items

💸 Refunds & Credits (Case-by-Case Basis)

While we do not offer returns, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of Bookeaz.com management under the following circumstances:

  • Missing Items: If your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Verified claims may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or is deemed defective, you may be eligible for store credit or a partial refund, subject to review.

  • Service Disruptions: If a booked service is not fulfilled due to vendor error, we may offer a credit or reschedule at no additional cost.


  • Wrong Item Delivered (Bookeaz Error)

    If Bookeaz or its delivery partners deliver an incorrect item, and the error is verified through order records and customer‑submitted evidence, the customer will be eligible for a refund or store credit or discount coupon. Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item received. Once verified, Bookeaz will issue a refund for the incorrect item or provide store credit or discount coupon at its sole discretion. The incorrect item may be required to be returned or discarded based on Bookeaz’s instructions.

  • Late Delivery Policy

    Bookeaz offers a same‑day fast delivery window, defined as delivery within 24 hours from the time of order.

    A delivery is considered late only if:

    • The customer selected the fast delivery option at checkout, and
    • A refund claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and
    • Bookeaz’s delivery records confirm that the order was delivered after the 24‑hour same‑day window.

    If these conditions are met, the customer may be eligible for a refund only of the shipping protection charge, as outlined below.


📜 Shipping Protection & Late Delivery Refunds

• Any delivery completed within 24 hours is considered on time.
• In the event of a verified late delivery, only the shipping protection charge will be refunded.
• No product costs, service fees, or other charges are eligible for refund.
• Once the protection charge is refunded, all associated benefits—coverage, priority handling, and dispute support—are forfeited.

 All refund or credit decisions are made by Bookeaz.com management are final.

Customer Misrepresentation & Liability

Fabricated or Misrepresented Content

* Customers must ensure that all images, product reviews, and claims submitted on Bookeaz are authentic and accurate.
* Uploading fabricated images, manipulated visuals, or making false claims constitutes a violation of this Agreement.


Charges & Liability

* A fixed charge of $100 will be imposed for each instance of fabricated or misrepresented content uploaded by a customer.
* Customers shall also be liable for any additional losses, damages, or costs caused to Bookeaz as a result of such misrepresentation, including but not limited to:

- Refunds or compensation paid to vendors or other customers
- Reputational harm or loss of goodwill suffered by Bookeaz
- Operational expenses incurred in investigating and resolving disputes

- Fresh Produce & Variable‑Weight Items Policy

Some fresh items—such as fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood—are sold by approximate weight. A natural variation of 5–10% is common and expected due to differences in size, moisture content, and retailer‑provided packaging.

If the delivered weight falls within this normal variation range, the item will be considered correctly fulfilled. If a customer believes the weight is materially lower than expected, they must report the issue to Bookeaz. Upon review, Bookeaz may provide store credit as a courtesy.

Enforcement

* Bookeaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts immediately upon detection of fabricated or false content.
* Charges and losses may be recovered through direct invoicing, deduction from wallet balances, or other lawful means.
